Revenue Streams

We have identified 7 potential Revenue Streams. Currently we are planning on using 4 to reach profitability by 2027

Subscriptions

We are providing a Freemium model for organisations to join. The first project a charity creates is for free, with 5 members invited. After the user can see the effect & benefit of the platform then they can opt in to pay a fee to grow.

Basic Subscription

Gaining access to the basic subscription allows charities a much greater use of the tools provided on our platform. Including an extension of projects they can use on the platform. Access to finding Grant opportunities, a certain number of personalised reports for their projects a month and inviting more team members to join the platform.

We are charging £3k/year for organisations wanting to subscribe to this. (This is 66%+ cheaper than receiving even remotely similar services today from third parties)

Premium Subscription

Premium is where a charity can have unlimited usage of projects & team members, access both grant finding & initial drafting services, along with unlimited personalised reports. A further addition to the organisations will be Platform Analytics & Social Media Campaigns.

We are charging £20k/year for organisations wanting to upgrade/subscribe to this. (Again this will not only be drastically cheaper than alternatives, but it will include products not seen anywhere else on the market!)

Transparency Portal Licensing

Having received interest from Grant making companies and others. The underlying technology & UI accompaniment will also be licensed out to these companies wishing to use it. This will be a monthly revenue stream based on usage.

Personalised Packages for Foundations

Foundations often look for the most impact to be made across charities in a certain area. Our ecosystem offers the perfect accountable funnel for these foundations to use.

Additionally, when we develop our in-platform LLM. These packages can be automated by the AI assistant for the foundations within a minute, distributed for them and kept track of at every step. With updates, reports, proof of Impact and social media posts about these achievements just one click away.

This service will carry a 2.75% fee of the Foundation's giving package.

Thematic Investing Fee

An interesting product is allowing people to just donate to projects/charities in Healthcare, or in Women equality, or Homelessness. By doing this the money can be distributed across many different projects and charities, each achieving different goals & reporting impact. This could result for example, in a simple £100 donation leading to impact from potentially 5 different projects from different charities, showing that maybe 5 lives were saved, 20 people received Malaria vaccines, and desperately needed drugs were bought for a clinic in Haiti.

The Assets under Management in these pools of funds will be charged a 3% annual fee.
