Innovate UK (Grant)

We are proud to say that we have won a grant worth $500k!

70% of which is free cash from the UK Government & 30% is raised from Angel investors & VCs.

The "Innovate UK Smart Grant" is a £100m fund to give grants for innovative companies in the UK each year. It requires a very long and in-depth process. Including a step-by-step process of the whole product, market analysis, customer research & statistics. All with costs to the penny attached. (<2% of companies succeed)

This Grant gave us 12 months to fully build out our Platform & the underlying unique technology. It ended in July 2025. But we are pursuing other government opportunities.

Pre-Seed Investment Round

We are in conversations with a number of angels and funds to raise a Pre-Seed investment round. We aim to raise $400k in total at this stage. The Crowdfunding round is an opportunity for the community to join us on this journey as we also raise a larger round with Institutional funds. This round will provide 12 months of runway, enabling us to reach £10k in monthly recurring revenue and hit the key growth milestones required to secure a larger follow-on round.

Our selection into FinAccelerate Silicon Valley accelerator is a big step in this milestone. We will be demo'ing and pitching to Silicon Valley VCs and Angel investors between Oct 21-24.
